Vote by Mail Ballots will start going out on Sept. 18. If you applied by Sept. 1, and you've not received yours by Sept. 25, contact the Hays Elections Office.
You can apply for Vote by Mail Ballots up til Oct. 23 (must be received in Elections Office by then), but we recommend applying at least 2 weeks before the deadline!
