Seventeen Propositions Have Been Certified for the Ballot This Fall
The Hays County Executive Committee met October 12, 2025 and voted to approve these recommendations from the Legislative Action Committee on the Constitutional Amendments.

Because voter turnout is usually so low in these types of elections, most propositions end up passing—even the ones that really shouldn’t.
